Welcome to DanespFiB, the Benicassim Festivals biggest accommodation and travel provider. Formed in 2007 DanespFiB brings you holiday rentals, airport transfers and bus shuttles to and from Oropesa Del Mar especially for the FiB festival of Benicassim. We are fully English speaking and are located in Oropesa Del Mar.
Please note that ALL our accommodation is located at Oropesa , 7 miles north of Benicassim, we include a shuttle service with all our prices.

*APARTMENTS - Please note, that we do not own any apartments, we act as an agent between the property owners or estate agents and you the customer, each apartment is individualy decorated and not two may be the same. All the apartments in offer at the Marina Dor Complex include: Shared swimming pools, lifts to all floors, separate kitchens, One, two or three bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, terrace, air conditioning in the living room, bed lining for all the beds and the sofa bed also towels for the persons booked.
MAXIMUN OF PERSONS PER APARTMENT - Please note that the maximun of persons is achived, as long as the double beds and the sofa beds are shared by two people
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300€ with balance 6 week prior to arrival or when paying in FULL. It will be refunded between 14 and 21 days after the end of your stay, if no damage is done to the apartment or it´s contents, and the apartment is left in the same condition of cleanness as was found (otherwise a deduction for cleaning of €50 will apply)
PACKAGES - All our packages include, accommodation, including utilities cost when applicable, bus shuttle for the four days of the festival, there is not a booking fee, and VAT is also included,
Payment of a deposit is required for all accommodation reservations at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and forms part of your rental fee. Balances are due not later than MAY 31st 2010 You may also be required to pay a separate and refundable deposit to insure against any damages which occur during your occupancy of the property, which may be requested at the time of booking, This deposit will be repaid in full with-in 21 days of your departure, providing the property is left in a reasonable condition.
DanespFIB will provide written confirmation of the details regarding the booking by email, but the booking will be treated as unconfirmed until the Group Leader has provided all the required information pertaining to their booking and settled any due balance.
In some instances, full payment will be required in advance. In such cases, bookings will be treated as unconfirmed until such time as all monies have been received.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be able to print off your itinerary, which will also serve as your accommodation voucher. This should be presented to the property owner/agent or hotel/hostel reception upon arrival.
DanespFIB is not a party to any rental agreement. We do not own, and therefore cannot enter into a contract concerning, any of the properties listed on our website. Instead, in this transaction, DanespFIB acts in good faith as an intermediary between the property owner/manager and the customer, and cannot be held responsible for the quality, location or standard of accommodation provided.
If you should choose to cancel your accommodation booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:
a. You may cancel your booking at any time. Written notification by mail, fax or e-mail from the 'lead name' on the booking form, must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation shown in the grid below. *Where the standard deposit is increased to secure specific facilities or extras, which are non-refundable in whole or part, then the scale of cancellation charges will be based on the % of the cost of all other arrangements, or loss of deposit, as applicable, and the non-refundable charges will be added to that cancellation charge to give the total charge. c. Our cancellation charges are a percentage of the total holiday cost. These charges are based on how many days before your departure we receive your cancellation notice and not when your correspondence was sent to us. Your deposit will count towards any cancellation fee imposed.

In the event of your booking being cancelled by DanespFIB, your monies will be refunded, but DanespFIB accept no responsibility for your alternative accommodation arrangements.
DanespFIB cannot accept any responsibility for wear and tear or damage caused to the property during your stay, and cannot assist in any disputes over liability for any damages, nor for any costs arising from such a dispute.
The total price of accommodation is stated upon booking in euros. DanespFIB cannot be held responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations leading to an increase or decrease in the total price paid.
Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a cancellation on your part, and full payment will be due, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
