Oropesa Del Mar is 8.2 km away from Benicassim.  Marina Dor is part of Oropesa Del Mar and only 14,2 km away from Benicassim and is in the town next door to Benicassim. 

2)      What is the difference between Oropesa Del Mar and Marina Dor?

Marina Dor is a holiday city built to the north of Oropesa Del Mar, and part of the town. 

3)      What is there to do in Oropesa and Marina Dor during the festival?

Oropesa Del Mar has the most varied coastline in the whole of the region with 7 different beaches.  It also has beachside restaurants and bars like most coastal Spanish towns.

Marina Dor is a purpose built holiday centre with Europes largest Saltwater Spa among other attractions such as tropical gardens, small them parks and bars/ restaurants.

Apartment Bookings

1)      What time is Check-IN / Check-OUT

Check-Ins to the apartments start at 4pm of the your arrival date.  If you arrive earlier than that there is the possibility to check in before the official time, although this is not guaranteed.

2)      Can I check in after time?

Our check-in times run until 10pm at night.  After this time IT MAY BE i possible to check in at any time with the following late arrival charges.  Simply call us at (34) 964 310190 when you are at our offices.

10.00pm to 12.00am - €15

12am to 2am - €25

2am until 4pm the following day - €50 

3)      Where do I collect my apartment keys?

You collect all apartment keys from our Marina Dor office, at Las Terrazas 1.

4)      Where do I collect my bus shuttle passes?

You collect your bus shuttle passes at our Marina Dor office, Las Terrazas 1.

5)      What Information do I need to provide when checking in?

We require your invoice of your booking and a photocopy of your passport

Hotel Bookings

1)      What time is Check-IN

Check-In to the hotels start at 3pm on your arrive date

Just present your booking invoice and Passport identification at hotel reception

3)      Where do I collect my bus shuttle passes?

Your bus shuttle passes will be presented to you at your hotel

Bus Shuttle

1)      Why do I have to choose a specific time

This gives you a guaranteed seat for travel to the Benicassim Festival.  We cannot take 6000 persons at the same time.

2)      Can I travel outside my allocated travel time

You can if there is enough space on the coach.  To travel outside your allocated time you must use the last bus stop in Marina Dor (or La Concha if staying there) only.

3)      What happens if I don’t select a shuttle time to Benicassim?

If you do not select a time you will have to choose one from whats available when you arrive.

No, the service is independent and seats are allocated specifically for those staying in this area.

No, the service is independent and seats are allocated specifically for those staying in this area.

7)      Where in Benicassim is the drop-off point

You will be dropped as close to possible to the festival gates.

8)      How long does the journey take

25-30 minutes

9)      What happens if I lose my ticket

You must be careful to not lose your shuttle pass.  No replacements will be given and you will need to buy a replacement (if any are left)

10)      When do I find my bus shuttle time?

You will find out your bus shuttle time on arrival.

11)      Where do I collect my bus shuttle passes?

If staying in Marina Dor, our office.

If Staying in La Concha, they will be presented to you when you check in to your hotel.  Or if you have an apartment in La Concha, they will be presented to you when you pick up your keys from the hotel Neptuno.

Airport Transfers

10)   From what airports are transfers available?

Barcelona, Reus and Valencia to Benicassim and Oropesa Del Mar.

On the Departures we also run transfers to Alicante and Girona.

11)   Where do I find the coach when arriving?

Our holiday rep will be wearing a blue Danesp t-shirt.  He or she will be in the departures lounge.

12)   Where in Benicassim is the drop-off point and pick-up?

If you are staying in our accommodation and have a late arriving airport transfer late arrival charges do NOT apply

Once you have made your booking and are paying by credit or debit card payment will only be complete once you proceed through our payment gateway.  When you reach the following screen.  DO NOT exit, your booking is not finished yet.  You must click on the image which says "Click here to proceed with your secure payment through Servired".

Between 14/21 days after departure (minus possible breakages)
